After the Black Eyed Peas’ lukewarm Super Bowl halftime show last year, the Super Bowl people are dipping back into the lately preferred bin of showbiz creatures and enlisted Madonna. Rumors of the Madge-time show percolated late in October, although Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. were in the mix at that point, which isn’t something the official announcement mentions.
