The bright young things of London’s social elite lead an existence as languorous and lavish as it is self-destructive. At the center is Alice, a stunning ex-model unable to keep up with the high standards of living that her peers feverishly chase. In this portrait of overlapping cliques, friends struggle to get their lives under control before they fall numb to it all…..The movie is directed byAlexandra McGuinness in her directorial debut.

My original idea for Lotus Eaters was to make a film that showed both the highs and the hangovers and the hopes that people cling to even while everything is twirling out of control…says the director. We loved the look and feel of the film. Benn Northover, star of the film brings us a photo essay on his experience in New York at The Tribeca Film festival to see some of his work -
