Meditation for beautiful skin

Meditation is one of of the few stress-less practices in the World that can truly rejuvenate your skin, transforming all your cells and tissues. The effect of meditation, when practiced properly and consistently, is like an anti-aging pill that cleanses your skin and gives you a total sense of well being.

Meditation is natural skin care par excellence.

Here’s why…

Meditation  teaches you how to rest your mind, it causes the vital energies within your body to become unleashed and blossom in full, giving you as one of the many benefits, if practiced regularly, a more radiant and glowing complexion. These so called “chi” energies traverse all the cells and tissues of your  body and skin and slowly flood them with vitality, bathing them with renewed energy and life.

The masters of various spiritual traditions such as Vital Taoism  which focus on increasing one’s inner power and life force through a variety of physical, mental, and internal exercises, have come to the conclusion that meditation is the best way to heal disease, defeat aging and help you look your very best, including rejuvenating your skin to maximum beauty.

Over time, meditation helps you lose weight, get rid of stress and develop a more beautiful shape and complexion that exudes a fresh vitality that all long to capture. If you are thinking of natural skin care products or anti-aging skin care methods, here’s something you can do for free that will be just as effective and longer lasting. The results could pleasantly surprise you.

If you fell like giving meditation a try here are some helpful hints:

Sit in a relaxed position: Fix a place in the house for daily practice and a fixed time for doing meditation. Do not change this time and place of meditation, you can sit on the chair or on the ground in crossed legged position. Clothing should be loose and comfortable. Keep a pillow under your buttocks if you are sitting crossed legs on the ground. This will ensure proper circulation of the blood to your legs and make the practice more comfortable.

Start by taking deep breaths followed by longer exhalations. Repeat it twice or thrice. During exhalation consciously relax all parts of your body. Once you have achieved a state of physical and mental calmness breathe naturally and concentrate on your breath as it passes through your nostrils: focus on the triangular area comprised by your upper lip and your nose.
Close your eyes gently and start observing your breathing. Your breathing will become slow and rhythmic.

Start observing your thoughts. This will make your mind thoughtless and relaxed.

Try to maintain a stillness of body for at least twenty minutes.  Relax and observe your body sensations neither grow attached to them or reject them keep a state of total equanimity.

This is the simplest , most practical method of meditation. We have everything within us we should not solely depend on outside gratification and stimuli.  If you can, try to take time every day and practice these simple techniques after a while the results may amaze you…
