I met Hannah back in 2007 during the model casting for MBFF in Brisbane, she instantly stood out, since then she has become one of the brightest stars in the modeling World but still remains a true Queensland girl at heart.
I love this shot of her in one of our gowns by Ian Golding on the sand dunes of Stardbroke Island is still remains one of my favourite.

Dakota Fanning is the new face for Marc Jacob’s “Oh Lola” perfume. The campaign was shot by Juergen Teller. The use of overexposed lighting and muted colours are all characteristic of Teller’s style and can be traced back to Fanning’s first campaign with the label in 2007.
In our second installment of The Business of Blogging, we speak to the uber-talented Tommy Ton, founder of Jak & Jil (one of our fave blogs look it up on our blogroll) and streetstyle photographer for Style.com and GQ.com PARIS, France — “It was the summer of 1997 and I was 13 years old,” recalls Tommy Ton, now 27, describing the moment when a self-professed comic [...]

1-08 Insomnia As I am listening the yo Chuck Bukowski recites: he never thought of himself as a good reader and you can sometimes hear it in his delivery…, I hear him say: songs for sadists without a place to sit down…and for that matter even broccoli and everything green you can eat or use….but that is Bukowski, meanwhile I am thinking of my friend Alan some years back in Topanga with huge slabs of aloe vera : think fully grown cactus leaves wrapped around his cheeks with a foulard, and I am saying to myself, well isn’t this the craziest thing? Baby, aloe is a wonder plant. When it comes right down to it, Nature has given us all the tools to achieve great beauty, the fact is: have we used Nature to our mutual benefict: ours and the World we inhabit, or once again as the little people that we are sometimes, with an overdeveloped superiority complex, have we acted in a self serving manner which in the end can only be terminal.
By the way you may ask about the picture of Tatjana Patiz. I love this woman so. She is so beautiful…she is always been… and I know she loves aloe as much as I do and if ever there was true beauty in the world of modeling she is it! Any way back to our story…

started up his career working alongside his father, from which he learned the art of creating high quality shoes. But he could go further than the tradition, adding to the quality original shapes and materials. The secret of this success is probably due to the vision according to which shoes are not simply accessories, they are just the extension of the body.

MUMBAI, India – From the minute I landed in Bombay—as everyone here still calls it—the rapidly shifting nature of contemporary India was apparent. Instead of waiting in agonisingly long queues at the airport, I breezed through immigration, customs and bag collection in only 45 minutes. That’s faster than one can make it through most terminals [...]
